CHEP in Morehead, KY is seeking an On Site Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse team. You will mentor staff, drive safety and operational excellence, and partner with the Plant Manager to hit performance goals.
You will manage shift operations, oversee maintenance coordination, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control while maintaining a strong safety culture.
