Job description

Reports To: Plant Director, Mesa
Department: Manufacturing
Location: On Site in Mesa, AZ
FLSA Classification: Salaried, Exempt
Salary Range: $77,000 - $90,000

About the Company

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures were born from a simple but radical idea: real food can heal — people, animals, and the planet. When Paleovalley co-founders Autumn and Chas Smith saw how industrialized food was affecting human health and the health of the land, they refused to play along. Autumn’s own journey of healing through nutrient-dense foods lit a fire that became Paleovalley. From there, the mission grew roots, sprouted wings, and eventually expanded into Wild Pastures to bring regeneratively raised meats directly to families nationwide.

Today, Paleovalley crafts deeply nourishing snacks and supplements made with organic ingredients and honorable sourcing. Wild Pastures connects small American farmers practicing regenerative agriculture with customers who believe better food is worth fighting for. Every product, every partnership, and every decision is guided by a commitment to real ingredients, regenerative practices, and the belief that health is built from the soil up.

We're a team of grounded doers, curious thinkers, bold builders, and warm humans who like to laugh while doing meaningful work. We're growing quickly, fueled by purpose and a shared desire to repair the food system one thoughtful choice at a time. If you feel energized by impact, drawn to mission, and ready to join a company rewriting the future of food, we’d love to meet you!

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations across our two Mesa, Arizona production facilities. As Paleovalley continues to grow its in‑house manufacturing capabilities, this role will play an important part in building the reliable, efficient warehouse operations that keep our production teams supplied and our products moving where they need to go. You’ll join the Mesa operation during an important period of growth and transition, with an immediate focus on bringing greater structure, consistency, and accountability to warehouse operations.

Reporting to the Plant Director, the Warehouse Manager will own day-to-day warehouse execution across both Mesa sites, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, staging, outbound shipments, inter‑facility transfers, and support of production needs. With operations spanning dry, frozen, and temperature‑controlled environments, this leader will help ensure inventory accuracy, cold‑chain discipline, safe product movement, and consistent processes across both facilities.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong teams and stronger systems. You’ll lead and develop warehouse supervisors and team leads, establish consistent processes and expectations across both locations, and partner closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Maintenance, and other teams to solve problems and continuously improve how work gets done. As our Mesa operations continue to evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how our warehouse function scales with them.
