Job summary

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, packaging, and industrial materials, is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Management Trainee at the Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The program spans 18 months with rotations across inbound, outbound, and support teams, promoting leadership and hands-on learning.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The role runs Sunday to Thursday, 7 PM to 3:30 AM, with a starting pay of $32–$36 per hour plus a $4 shift

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout rotations.
