Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Warehouse Management Trainee in Hudson, WI. You’ll learn warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotational program.

Pay ranges from $28 to $34 per hour with shifts Monday through Friday 10:30 AM–7 PM or Sunday–Thursday 8:30 PM–5:00 AM. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with 6% match, tuition assistance, paid holidays, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to relocate to another Uline Warehouse location if needed.

Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program with on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold accuracy, safety and performance.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during rotations.

Pay from $28 to $34 per hour

Available Shifts

• Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM
• Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM

Position Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
