Job summary

Uline in Lacey, Washington is offering a 2027 Warehouse Management Internship for the summer, paid at $22 per hour. This on-site program provides hands-on experience in order fulfillment, shipping, inventory control and leadership development.

Open to junior-status college students pursuing warehousing, logistics, business management, or supply chain, the internship includes mentor guidance, real projects, and potential to join Uline full-time upon graduation.

Qualifications

• This internship is open to junior-status college students.
• Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business management or supply chain.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic.

• Gain hands-on experience in warehouse departments including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control and facilities.
• Prepare for a future leadership role by learning how to develop and support warehouse teams.
• Partner with a mentor on warehouse operation improvement projects.
• Perform warehouse functions including packing, picking and inventory control.
