Job summary

S&S Activewear in West Chester, OH is seeking a Restock Driver to retrieve inventory from floor locations and up-stock storage, delivering to stocking or shipment areas. You will operate machinery safely and follow established safety rules.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a $20.60 hourly wage, Sunday-Thursday shift (11:30AM-8PM) at onsite location 8586 Trade Center Dr. Suite 100, West Chester, OH 45011. You’ll use scanners and WMS to support efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets and labels in English.
• Ability to use electronic devices.
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

• Willing to learn or be trained on power equipment (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment as needed (Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, Electric Pallet Jack, Scanners, Tablets, plus WMS).
• Perform daily safety inspections for equipment.
• Maintain productivity and meet minimum CPH targets with urgency.
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations for stocking or shipment.
• Operate barcode scanners and warehouse software.
• Maintain professionalism and focus.
• Follow leadership directions.
• Perform cleaning duties as required to maintain a safe warehouse.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

About The Role

The Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.

Compensation And Schedule

$20.60 hourly

Sunday-Thursday (11:30AM - 8PM), Full-Time, Non -Exempt

What You Will Do

• Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.
• Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.
• Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software
• Act professionally and remain focused while working
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment
• Follow directions of leadership
• Perform cleaning activities as required
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
