Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate to help manage distribution in a fast-paced setting. You will verify transportation, receipts, storage, and shipments while updating logistics systems and tracking inventory and fleet activity.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse roles, forklift or cherry picker experience, and strong data analysis and communication skills. A sign-on bonus may accompany the competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• Forklift/cherry picker experience required.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation, warehouse operations, and fleet support.
• Strong data analysis, record-keeping, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information.
• Update logistics systems.
• Track fleet activity, shipments, and inventory.
• Prepare dispatch and shipping documentation.
• Review routine exceptions such as delivery issues or inventory discrepancies.
• Confirm handling and movement requirements to ensure traceability and loss prevention.
