Arrow Electronics is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Logistics Services Associate Manager I to lead day-to-day activities in the Reno, NV distribution center, coordinating with the Logistics Team and other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree and/or 2-4 years related experience or advanced degree with experience
• Previous management experience is required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including some weekends
• On-site at Reno warehouse is required

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department
• Supervise daily operations of a single department within the distribution center
• Staffing and performance management with HR under management direction
• Report and track department metrics and respond to inquiries
• Lead a team of 15+ employees
