Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Associate to support daily operations at our Kent and Renton facilities for a 12‑month, on-site assignment. This role focuses on accurate receiving, sorting, labeling, packaging, and inventory control in a fast-paced setting.

You will utilize handheld scanners, basic inventory tools, and follow safety protocols while collaborating with a team to meet performance standards and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 months of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory support is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Ability to learn and follow inventory processes and procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, computers, or basic inventory tools (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and record incoming shipments.
• Unpack, sort, and prepare items for storage or redeployment.
• Clean, organize, and prepare equipment for shipment or reuse.
• Package and label items for outbound shipping, returns, or storage.
• Pick, stow, and stage orders to support daily operations.
• Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory records.
• Support order fulfillment, including bulk or special requests.
• Assist with warehouse organization, stocking, and occasional project work.
• Meet baseline performance and accuracy standards while following safety protocols.
