Job summary

You will work under a Logistics Supervisor in a climate-controlled environment, operate RF scanners, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks, and ensure accurate inventory in our ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing experience preferred (1-3 years).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills and command of English.
• Understanding of FEFO processes.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and stand up forklifts.
• Basic math skills and lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to work in coolers/freezers (38F/ -10F).

Responsibilities

• Order processing: shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Inventory tracking and regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers.
• Provide customer updates on delivery status.
• Unload, verify against packing slips and PO.
• Inspect for damage and report issues.
• Log stock in WMS/ERP and label items.
• Process paperwork to AP or purchasing teams.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Stock production lines with required materials.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces.
• Flexibility for off-shifts, weekends or holidays.
