PJ Fitzpatrick, LLC is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Logistics Specialist in Garner, NC. You will ensure timely material delivery and organized warehouses while supporting daily operations in a construction-focused setting.

The role is full-time, on-site, and includes steady Monday–Friday hours and a $20/hour pay rate with a potential monthly incentive. Responsibilities include on-site deliveries, site cleanup, material intake, inventory checks, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid non-CDL driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds consistently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to designated job sites using company vehicles.
• Perform daily cleanup and maintenance at job sites.
• Complete final site cleanups, including trash removal and inspections.
• Collect and return unused materials from job sites to the warehouse.
• Receive, inspect, and organize materials delivered to the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Load and prepare vehicles for next-day deliveries.
• Return unused materials to vendors as necessary.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are stocked with supplies and refuel at shift end.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to designated job sites using company vehicles, ensuring punctuality and accuracy
• Perform daily cleanup and maintenance at job sites, particularly for extended projects
• Complete thorough final site cleanups, including trash removal and property inspections
• Collect and return any unused materials from job sites to the warehouse
• Receive, inspect, and properly organize materials delivered to the warehouse from vendors
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Load and prepare vehicles for the next day's deliveries
• Return unused materials to vendors as necessary
• Ensure delivery vehicles are well-stocked with necessary supplies, including refueling at the end of shifts
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned to support logistics operations

Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift.
Pay: $20 an hour plus the potential of a monthly incentive
