Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving or related field.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations incl. receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of ERP transactions and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound, storage, picking, packing, shipping, transport, and returns for accuracy and timely progression.
• Apply warehouse procedures and inventory controls to maintain stock visibility.
• Refine inventory records and movement data to improve data integrity.
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-up on inventory inquiries and order exceptions.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system balances and transaction history.
• Maintain logs, reports and warehouse records to support compliance and improvement.
