NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Roles include shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and other warehouse duties.

Responsibilities cover receiving, stocking, picking, packing, inventory audits, and operating RF scanners and warehouse systems. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong work ethic, with ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

Schedule

• Full-time positions
• Typically Monday through Friday
• Overtime may be available or required
• Shift differentials may apply for eligible 2nd and 3rd shift positions
