Job summary

Genesis Energy, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate in Baton Rouge to receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, pick, pack, and ship orders, and maintain inventory records. You will operate forklifts, follow OSHA safety protocols, and assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness.

The role supports operations teams with parts and supply management, with duties including delivery to sites in Louisiana and Texas. Requires a high school diploma and valid LA license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Support operations teams with parts and supply management.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Pick up and deliver parts to locations in Louisiana and Texas.
