Job summary

• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor merchandise received and shipped from the facility.
• Log inbound and outbound discrepancies (wrong product, incorrect quantity, damages).
• Prepare routine reports and file shipping/receiving documents to coordinate damaged/defective products and ensure proper accounting.
• Communicate with Front Office clerk to order office supplies and restrict unauthorized access to receiving/loading dock.
• Collaborate with departments to support organizational goals.
• Understand inventory layout and coordinate with carriers on pick-up/drop-off schedules.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to generate shipping/receiving documents (pick-lists, put away lists, load sheets, outbound BOLs).
