Tejas is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support shipping, receiving and warehouse operations. You will help ensure products are prepared for shipment, incoming materials are organized, and production teams have materials needed to run smoothly.

The role favors someone who is organized, dependable, and hands-on, with clear communication with teammates and external partners. Overtime may be required; reliable attendance is essential. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Pack and prepare finished products for shipment, including labeling pallets and preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading and packing slips.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents to verify delivery addresses, special instructions, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to support timely and accurate deliveries.
• Assist with unloading incoming shipments, organizing materials, and distributing supplies to production areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Inspect incoming materials as needed to identify discrepancies and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow established storage and handling procedures in accordance with SQF guidelines.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and update material availability in the M1 system.
• Help improve warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and overall supply chain efficiency.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support our shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This role helps ensure finished products are prepared accurately for shipment, incoming materials are organized, and production teams have the materials they need to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with hands-on work, and able to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.

Reliability, attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required based on workload. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for all hours worked over 40 per week.

Key Responsibilities
