Job summary

Arvato invites applicants to join a three-year apprenticeship in Warehouse Logistics to support its Memphis distribution operations. You will receive on-the-job training while pursuing an all-expenses-paid Associate of Applied Science Degree.

You will help track inventory, coordinate shipments, organize storage, and ensure safety and quality across the warehouse using scanners and automated equipment. Veterans are welcome and relocation is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED - recent High School graduates welcome.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Meet placement requirements for Southwest Community and Technical College.
• Veterans are welcome (ICATT is G.I. Bill certified)
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to and from work/school.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory using computerized systems and scanning tools.
• Organize storage areas for maximum space utilization and efficiency.
• Coordinate the movement of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Ensure products are handled, packaged, and shipped safely and on schedule.
• Operate automated and mechanical equipment such as conveyors, forklifts, and material-handling systems.
• Follow safety protocols and perform routine quality checks.
• Troubleshoot issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or equipment performance.
