Job summary

Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a Warehouse Associate/backup Driver to support daily warehouse operations in the Raleigh area. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading/unloading materials, with occasional local deliveries.

Approximately 90% of the time is warehouse-based, with duties including safety, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits and inventory control processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members.
• Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs.
• Perform local deliveries as needed using a company vehicle.
