Freight Breakers LLC is hiring Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders to support its weekend overnight operations in West Jordan, UT. You will handle loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting packages, while maintaining safety and an efficient pace on night shifts.

Position requires working Fridays to Sundays, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 5–50 pounds. Compensation is performance-based with opportunities for higher earnings based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and move packages weighing 5–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout overnight shifts.

Compensation: Performance-based pay; typical earnings of $16–$25 per hour, with potential earnings of $25–$35 per hour based on productivity.

Compensation

Pay is based on the volume of trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour, with potential earnings of $25–$35 per hour for employees who achieve higher productivity levels. Actual earnings depend on productivity and applicable compensation terms. The maximum stated earnings are not guaranteed.
