Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders for our weekday day crew. This position offers a consistent four-day schedule and hands-on work moving packages safely through a busy warehouse.

Your Responsibilities

• Unload boxes by hand from floor-loaded trailers onto conveyors.
• Load packages into trailers, stacking freight securely and efficiently.
• Scan packages accurately with handheld scanners.
• Sort freight into designated cages and staging areas.
• Move package cages between assigned work areas.
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety and quality procedures.

What You Bring

• Availability Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move packages weighing 5–50 pounds.
• Ability to perform sustained physical work throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to follow instructions.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

How Compensation Works

Pay is based on trailers and/or cases processed. Typical earnings range from $16–$25 per hour, with high-performing associates potentially earning $25–$35 per hour. Actual earnings vary with productivity; the upper end is not a guaranteed hourly rate.
