Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader in Dayton, OH to support the Rental Division. You will drive company trucks to loading areas, unload soiled products, and load clean uniforms, mats, and customer items onto trucks based on routes.

This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accuracy in handling materials. Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the US, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for most of shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Able to lift/move materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload soiled products from company trucks and load clean uniforms, mats, and items onto trucks according to routes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards for loading/unloading.
• Follow safety policies and use protective equipment as required.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed to support Transportation and Rental operations.
