Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in White Haven, PA is seeking a Box Loader/Unloader for a full-time, in-person role. You will hand-load and unload boxes, scan items, and move cages within a team-oriented environment.

The position offers performance-based pay per trailer, with typical daily earnings of $200–$250 and shifts that support a 4-day workweek. Overtime may be available depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance is required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry 5–50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor belt onto trailers.
• Scan each box into the trailer using a handheld scanner.
• Move cages to and from staging areas.
• Load trailers quickly, safely, neatly, and accurately.
• Unload floor-loaded trailers by placing boxes onto a conveyor belt.
• Scan boxes as they are unloaded.
• Sort boxes into designated cages.
