Job summary

Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company (CBW) is seeking a warehouse associate to pick, inspect, and load orders in a fast-paced Lancaster, PA facility. You will use a scanning system, move totes on pallets, and assist with truck loading.

The role requires reliability, strict safety habits, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Multiple start times are available, with a compensation of $20.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders using a scanning-based system.
• Perform final inspection of product and close lids of totes.
• Organize, sort, and stack totes on pallets for loading into trucks.
• Hand-load product from truck staging area onto trucks.
• Operate powered equipment (walkie-rider pallet jack; may include reach trucks/cherry pickers).
• Work in environments with varying temperatures and repetitive tasks.
