Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Retail furniture experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver furniture up to 150+ lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders.
• Perform inventory activities including cycle counts.
• Sort, label, and organize warehouse materials.
• Prepare shipments with labels and documentation.
• Load and unload trucks safely using approved methods.
• Maintain records in WMS or handheld scanners.
• Keep work areas clean and safe under 5S guidelines.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Assist with special projects or inventory adjustments.
