Job summary

84 Lumber Company is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to act as a material handler and forklift operator, building loads for deliveries and keeping the warehouse organized and safe. In this role you will load lumber and building supplies, receive forklift training, and communicate delays to management while supporting store programs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be capable of lifting up to 80 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build loads for delivery and unload freight including lumber and building supplies.
• Operate forklift and maintain safety in the warehouse.
• Communicate delays or discrepancies with management.
• Maintain the store’s special order program and other sales programs as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
