Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation in Largo, FL is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload trucks, operate forklifts, palletize products, and ensure order accuracy and safety. The role requires lifting up to 66 lbs and working outdoors in all weather, with occasional weekend work as needed.

We offer $20.00 per hour plus overtime and a 6-8% shift differential from 5pm to 5am. Start time is 3 PM with 8+ hour shifts; comprehensive benefits and opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's License.
• Forklift experience and certification required.
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.
• Flexibility for extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Able to lift up to 66 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safety is our #1 priority and warehouse standards must be upheld.
• Load/unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift.
• Palletize products for loading and operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain product handling and storage, ensure order accuracy.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and assist with truck movement and refueling.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed (bay mapping, inventory checks).
