Qualifications

• Six (6) or more months shipping or related experience.
• No educational prerequisite; must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that product received from production or other plants is recorded correctly.
• Load and unloads to appropriate distribution area to meet shipping schedules.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules.
• Performs other duties deemed integral by management (attendance, schedules, etc.).
• Adheres to all company policies (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley).
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 400 lbs up to 100 feet.
• Able to stoop, bend, and lift containers weighing about 20 lbs.
• Wears required safety equipment as needed.
• Meets/maintains food handling requirements for a food production environment.
• Performs basic mathematical computations.
