Job summary

Advintage Distributing in Ladson, SC is seeking a Warehouse Loader 5 to join our team for part-time and full-time shifts. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, use RF scanners and WMS to fulfill orders, and ensure accuracy through stock checks.

The role includes loading/unloading, packing, and contributing to a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, familiarity with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work a 2nd shift or daytime

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience with order fulfillment and inventory management preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS is advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Proficiency with warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving procedures and QA standards.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload safely.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to pick, pack, and process orders.
• Stock, pick, pack, and perform quality checks for accuracy.
• Manage shipping and receiving documentation.
• Support supervision tasks and training for new associates.

Part Time Warehouse Load Crew Ladson, SC, US

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Annually

Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Wholesale Beverage Distributor has immediate openings for full-time and part-time 2nd shift crew members and leads. This position requires lifting and loading, up to 50lbs. Use of warehouse equipment, using pick list and scanners. Experience in warehouse a plus.

Warehouse is climate controlled! NO WEEKENDS!!!

Full-time Day Shift Monday - Friday starts at 8am to 4pm

Full-time 2nd shift - Monday - Thursday 3pm until finished

Part-time shift starts at 5pm - normally last 4 hours

Must be 21 years or older to apply

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders for shipment
• Conduct stock stocking, order picking, packing, and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity
• Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
• Handle materials with care during loading and unloading to prevent damage and ensure safety standards are met
• Assist in warehouse supervision tasks such as coordinating team activities, training new associates, and maintaining workflow efficiency
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting on equipment when necessary and report maintenance needs promptly

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in order fulfillment, picking & packing, and inventory management is highly preferred
• Proficiency with warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other heavy machinery
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software for tracking inventory and orders
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials handling tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with quality control standards
• Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, stocking, and load & unload activities
