Job summary

Core-Mark International in San Antonio, TX is hiring Warehouse Loader Formula professionals. You will transport items, load pallets, and ensure safe, accurate shipping operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $27 per hour with performance incentives; after training, the schedule shifts to a 4-day work week with 10+ hour shifts. Training lasts 8 weeks Mon-Fri, 12:30pm-9pm. Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to lift up to 90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments.
• Pass post offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items using forklift or pallet jack according to loading plan.
• Prepare pallets for shipping and secure loads.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow safety policies.
• Complete paperwork and end-of-shift duties.
