Coastal Elite Pro in Windsor Locks, CT is seeking a loading associate to help keep communities fed by loading orders at distribution centers. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, verify orders, and ensure secure loading of merchandise.

Position Overview: Keep communities fed by assisting with order loading at distribution centers. This fast-paced role involves loading trailers onto delivery trucks, utilizing material handling equipment, and ensuring accurate and secure loading of merchandise. Candidates should be highly organized, energetic, and able to stay active throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Inspect trailers and verify orders using RF handhelds or voice headsets.
• Load pallets into trailers and secure them properly.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete relevant forms.
• Lift and handle products weighing 1-60 lbs, often from floor to overhead, while following safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Team-oriented with a desire to contribute positively to the community.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
