Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Warehouse Loader in Smyrna, TN to support warehouse operations. You will stage, wrap, inspect, and load pallets onto trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily shipments.

The position is full-time, temporary to hire, with lifting requirements and a background check. Benefits include weekly pay and insurance options.

Qualifications

• This is a physical job requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Criminal background check and drug screening are required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Stage products on pallets, shrink wrap, and load pallets on trucks.
• Inspect trailers for suitability before loading.
• Ensure correct parts are placed on the correct truck with accuracy.
• Pack the right parts for delivery to customers on schedule.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain product integrity with proper handling and storage.
• Keep the work area clean to prevent accidents and enable efficient loading.
• Pull stock orders as needed until loading occurs.

Warehouse Loader

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Warehouse Loaders for a company based in Smyrna, TN. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless warehouse operations that keep our business moving forward.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Tuesday through Saturday, 530 AM to 200 PM

Warehouse Loader Duties and Responsibilities

• Stage products on pallets, shrink wrap to prevent loss, and load pallets on trucks.
• Inspect trailers for suitability before loading.
• Ensure correct parts are placed on the correct truck. Pack the right parts for delivery to the right customers with accuracy and speed, map out the organization of loading customer orders from skids to trucks.
• Operate pallet jack if needed.
• Maintain the integrity of products through proper handling and storage.
• Keep work area clean to avoid potential accidents and to allow for raid loading.
• Pull stock orders until time to load trucks as needed.

Warehouse Loader Qualifications and Requirements
