Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. Fort Wayne facility is looking for a forklift-ready team member to load and unload pallets and cases, and to support daily distribution operations. You will use required technology to pick orders and may train on forklift operation for safe handling of products.

Eligible candidates must be 18+, able to work weekends/holidays, and capable of lifting 15–50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in a high-tempo, physical environment with temperature variations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift 15–50 lbs and stand/walk long periods without rest.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, kneel, and stretch as needed.
• Able to repeatedly lift/carry/push/pull products throughout shifts.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts; tolerate extreme temps and noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases per order using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on trailer floors.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
