Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Rialto, CA. The role involves checking trucks in and out using WMS, and ensuring quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, pallet handling, and inventory accuracy.

You will operate a forklift or LGV, prep loads for cross-country shipments, and maintain a safe, clean work environment while following SOPs and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Experience with WMS, forklift operations, and LGV handling is advantageous.
• Commitment to safety and inventory accuracy is required.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound orders into WMS and verifies loading requirements.
• Operates forklift or LGV to load/unload and stage pallets for shipments.
• Monitors trailer loads, maintains orderly pallet storage, and ensures accuracy.
• Maintains a clean, safe warehouse and communicates loading instructions.
