Uline is seeking an ambitious individual to join as a Warehouse Management Trainee in Kenosha, WI. You will learn warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotational program designed to develop management skills and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and support teams, with forklift and equipment certifications throughout rotations. Bachelor’s degree required; relocation support available.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse leadership program.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Willing to relocate to another Uline Warehouse location with support.

Responsabilidades

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout rotations.
