Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Willingness to train new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to forklift operators when the manager is unavailable.
• Cover manager duties to support production needs.
• Train new hires on warehouse operations.
• Utilize RF scanner guns.
• Move, locate, relocate, stack and count inventory.
• Run Oracle reports and follow procedures.
• Assist cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Follow GMP protocols and participate in GMP walkthroughs.
• Receiving: proficiency in warehouse receiving and production support.
• Shipping: stage and prepare outgoing orders; load trucks.
