Clopay Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead for our Fair Lawn location. The role involves managing warehouse priorities, ensuring safety, and coordinating deliveries while supervising staff and handling paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (college degree preferred), strong computer skills, forklift certification (desirable), and a proven track record in leading warehouse teams with excellent customer service. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience leading teams in a warehouse/DC environment.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with warehousing software.
• Forklift certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse priorities and workload.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Manage deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to load trucks.
• Complete paperwork and reports as required.
• Assist in the office with entering orders and answering calls.
