Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse personnel and operations, and maintain effective communication with internal customers.
• Process all deliveries, including parcel, supplier, and truck, in a timely manner.
• Loads and unloads trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Delivers manufacturing raw materials in a timely manner to ensure efficient production.
• Coordinates the raw material and service parts cycle count programs.
• Maintains Security and Health, Safety, and Environmental good practices.
• Supports the customer service team to process returned materials and address customer complaints.
• Provides training and support to warehouse team members.
• Maintains cleanliness, efficiency, and operations within the warehouse.
• Supports the spare parts process, where applicable.
• Implement process changes, working towards continuous improvements.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure personnel follow all applicable MI’s, SI’s, SOP’s and cGMP’s.
• Support Shipping functions to maintain on time shipments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
