Simplot is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Lead in Pasco, Washington. The role supervises warehouse staff, coordinates forklift operations, and ensures accuracy and safety on overnight shifts. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of warehousing experience.

• Serves as liaison between the forklift operators and Warehouse Manager and Supervisor
• Ensures compliance with all rules and regulations as related to the warehouse and inventory
• Trains and coaches forklift operators on all warehouse policies and procedures including working safely
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Able to cover the clerk position and other warehouse areas as needed

Summary

The Warehouse Lead supervises warehouse employees on an assigned shift, maintains an orderly and efficient warehouse atmosphere while verifying all warehouse projects are completed correctly.

Key Responsibilities
