The position requires independence, reliability, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Full-time hours include 4-day weeks with 10–12 hour shifts starting around noon.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening including background check, drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Load plan and cube orders to prepare shipments.
• Organize delivery paperwork and documentation for routes.
• Track productivity and enter data to maintain performance metrics.
• Organize and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Step in for the manager during absences when needed.
• Issue, receive, pick and transfer product to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Safely operate manual and power equipment used in the warehouse.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality prior to shipping.
• Review orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
