Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a warehouse associate to lead daily activities, ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping, and uphold safety and inventory control. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, operate forklifts, and assist with cycle counts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with RF technology, and proficiency with MS Excel. High school diploma is required; an Associate's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with RF technology and high-volume/automated environments is a plus.
• Reach truck and counterbalance forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and select orders per tickets.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Receive, verify, store, and organize inbound goods.
• Audit shipments for accuracy before release and maintain inventory accuracy.
