Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Warehouse Team Lead role in Goodyear, AZ. The role supervises warehouse staff, assigns tasks, trains employees, and ensures accurate receiving and cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supply chain or warehouse leadership, experience with stand-up equipment, and familiarity with WMS like SAP. Compensation includes benefits and growth opportunities with a Great Place to Work designation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory system.
• 6+ months operating stand-up material handling equipment.
• 1 year inventory control experience including cycle counts.
• 1 year experience with WMS such as SAP, JDA, Red Prairie, or Blue Yonder.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
• Assign daily tasks and shift schedules to team members.
• Train new employees and support cross-training efforts.
• Ensure accurate receiving of goods and inventory management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Operate stand-up material handling equipment as required.
• Monitor workflow, provide feedback, and drive performance.
