Job summary

ID Logistics in Joliet, IL, seeks a motivated warehouse worker to operate powered industrial equipment, load and unload shipments, and stock products in our distribution center.

The role requires adherence to safety standards, daily equipment inspections, and accurate handling of goods. Schedule Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with overtime possible; pay is $23/hr plus $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company).
• Must wear personal protective equipment as required by safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using powered industrial equipment.
• Inspect assigned equipment daily and operate safely per OSHA standards.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with correct quantities.
• Move products from staging/storage to rail cars, trailers, or containers.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in physical inventories.
