Job summary

Ashley Furniture is hiring immediately for a full-time Warehouse Lead Associate to load and unload products in our fast-paced Distribution & Fulfillment Center. You’ll work with forklifts and manual handling, helping moves within the facility and supporting a large, motivated team.

You will perform material transfers, operate powered vehicles safely, and maintain safety standards. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic warehouse scanning systems.
• Able to obtain a valid forklift license where required.
• Basic counting, math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand basic communications.
• Willingness to work a defined full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Transfer materials within the Warehouse facility as needed.
• Transport loads up to 100 pounds, sometimes up to 250 pounds.
• Operate forklifts or other powered vehicles safely.
• Prioritize safety for yourself and coworkers at all times.
