The role emphasizes precise workmanship, hands-on supervision, and clear communication with installation teams. A background in warehouse work or carpentry is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse work, carpentry, finish work, or installation experience (custom cabinetry or remodeling a big plus).
• Strong attention to detail — you care about getting it right the first time.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hands-on environment.
• Reliable, professional, and takes ownership of their work.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
