Job summary

Furniture Mart USA in Fridley, MN is seeking a customer-focused, self-motivated warehouse associate who thrives on activity and delivering quality service.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) involves operating a motorized lift, directing daily warehouse operations, loading and unloading trucks, assisting with customer pickups, inspecting and assembling furniture, and providing excellent customer support to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift in excess of 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to run a lift machine from heights up to 40 feet.
• Prior forklift or Bobcat experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Operate a motorized lift to move merchandise in the warehouse
• Direct the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor, scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space and equipment
• Load/unload trucks
• Assist with customer pick-ups
• Inspect/assemble furniture and perform minor repair work on furniture
• Provide quality customer service
