Job summary

Compass Group's Canteen in Wilmington, NC is hiring a full-time Warehouse Lead Attendant to supervise warehouse tasks, move merchandise, and ensure safety and accuracy in our distribution center.

The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a $20.00/hour wage and eligibility for up to a $500 quarterly bonus plus full-time benefits. Previous warehouse experience is preferred.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday; 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Receives, unloads, moves and loads merchandise.
• Verifies counts and notes discrepancies or damages.
• Issues and delivers items to destinations and documents receipts.
• Maintains storage to prevent spills and rotates stock.
• Supports stock control and delivery scheduling.
