Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead in Nebraska to guide the warehouse team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

You'll supervise loading/unloading, respond to calls from the sales floor, complete pick tickets, unload and receive all deliveries, pull and stage orders for company trucks, and operate forklifts safely. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; ability to lift 75–100 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership experience required.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift 75-100 pounds.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team.
• Maintain a clean, efficient warehouse.
• Respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete pick ticket orders; unload/receive deliveries.
• Pull and stage orders for each company delivery truck.
• Perform rotating loading/unloading duties as assigned daily.
• Provide customer service; ensure loads are secured for delivery.
• Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
