Job summary

Five Below is seeking a hands-on leader to manage a designated group within our Ship Center. You will clearly communicate daily goals and assign tasks, while upholding a strong work ethic and a commitment to customers and team members.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leadership experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to coach associates following policy. Proficiency with RF devices and warehouse systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports/team.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Exhibit basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solution.
• Ability to provide coaching and direction to associates in accordance with established policies and procedures with a focus on maximizing performance in a safe manner.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Experience using RF devices
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred but not required.
• Experience with Crown equipment preferred but not required.
