Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Kentucky to drive productivity, accuracy, and teamwork on site. You will manage data entry, inventory levels and workflow while coaching a team and ensuring safety and housekeeping standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, multitasking, and strong communication. Compensation is hourly with potential bonuses or commissions, and schedules include Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shifts.

• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

Compensation for this role is $21-$23 hourly. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

Lead Warehouse Associate at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error-free. As part of our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

Schedules: Tuesday-Saturday 6:00am-4pm and Sunday-Thursday 6:00am-4pm

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Be responsible for accurate data entry

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• 4 years of warehouse experience
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)
• Solid math skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled
