Job summary

Versova is hiring a Warehouse Lead in Lewiston, UT to oversee pulling, palletizing, and loading for customer orders. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensure accurate fulfillment, and uphold safety across operations. This role emphasizes forklift/pallet jack operation, inventory control, and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualified candidates have 6+ years in warehousing, strong leadership, and experience with WMS. Overtime and weekend work may be required in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks, with required certifications.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret pick sheets and use warehouse management software.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various climate conditions.
• Overtime, weekends and holiday hours as required by production demand.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates.

• Manage the loading and unloading of refrigerated trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

• Coordinate with other departments to optimize order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order picking and loading.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient pulling, palletizing, and loading of products for customer orders. This position operates in a warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to cold environments due to refrigerated storage areas. The role requires standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing. The Warehouse Material Handler Lead must be comfortable working around heavy machinery and in

a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as the position may require overtime, weekend, or holiday work to meet production demands.
